The outcome of years of research, tastings and the collaborative discoveries of André Duflot, Eric Mauchaussé and Franck Mauger, the sommelier, the Villa’s wine menu takes pride of place.
This team, scientific and intuitive at the same time, has created a wine cellar which today has more than 5000 bottles. With not less than 150 Côtes du Roussillon and de Collioure in white, red and rosé wines, the Villa’s wine menu is a showcase of the best wines of Roussillon. Amongst them the better known will whet your appetite: Gauby, Gardies, Bizeul, Vaquer, Domaine du Mas Blanc, Domaine de la Rectorie, Cave de l’ Abbé Rous, Château Valmy, Mas Bécha, Mas Rous, Château de Jau, Clos de Paulilles…
A beautiful range of natural sweet wines, leaders in the region, have of course a place of honour as well as the large list of aperitifs and digestives: there are at least ten representatives of Banyuls, not less than four Rivesaltes, Three Maury not forgetting the muscats…. A fine selection of other French wines is also on the menu: so Bourgogne, Loire, Alsace, Côtes du Rhône, Champagne are represented with finesse and elegance. A menu of Magnums is also proposed.
All at very reasonable prices, because at the Villa, clients must be able to enjoy themselves without financial ruin.
